We produce all our molds within KNS OTOMOTİV by using the latest technology machinery and software in our mold shop. Computer-aided engineering software; Multiple programs are used for each of the hair forming and plastic injection molds. In this way, ideal mold designs are made very successfully in one go.
The production of the molds designed by our expert team with CAD / CAM programs and the revision processes are carried out within KNS OTOMOTİV. Approximately 100 molds can be produced annually in our mold shop, which has CAD/CAM system, machining centers, wire and plunge erosion, CNC lathe and conventional machines required for mold manufacturing.
